Portrait painting of a Sudanese refugee I met in the Calais Jungle this week.

He fled Janjaweed attacks that burned his family home in Darfur. He crossed the desert without food and hardly any water, and survived the perilous boat journey to Europe. He has been stranded in the bitter-cold limbo of the Calais Jungle for four months.
